This Privacy Policy explains how AiRank ("AiRank," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, AI visibility audits, reports, CRM, client portal, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password login information, business details, website URLs, lead records, client notes, approval decisions, and messages or files you submit through the service.
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address so we can create or match your AiRank account.
When you run an audit, we may collect the submitted website URL, domain, business name, category, location, generated report data, AI visibility scores, questions tested, competitors mentioned, supporting evidence, and recommended next steps.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide audits and reports, operate the CRM and client approval workflow, authenticate users, assign leads, generate service plans, improve the product, prevent abuse, provide support, and communicate about accounts or services.
3. AI and Data Processing
AiRank uses automated analysis and third-party providers to generate visibility reports and recommendations. Submitted URLs, page content, prompts, and related business information may be processed by AI, search, hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers so we can deliver the service.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless you have permission to share it and are comfortable with it being processed by service providers.
4. Service Providers
We may use providers for authentication, database services, hosting, sign-in, search and visibility data, AI-assisted report generation, analytics, and payment processing if paid plans or invoices are enabled.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Authentication
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies needed to keep users signed in, secure sessions, remember preferences, and operate the website and CRM. Disabling cookies may prevent login or other account features from working.
6. Client and Salesperson Access
AiRank is designed so salespeople see assigned leads, admins see the full pipeline, and clients see their own account information and approval items. We use server-side permission checks and database controls to limit access based on role and assignment.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support accounts, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or certain data, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, protected server-side keys, authentication checks, and role-based access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also unsubscribe from optional communications. To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below.
10. Children
AiRank is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
